Here you can find balance, strength, and peace within yourself, while meeting fellow yogis and like-minded people from around the world. Our teachers and community are fun, dedicated, and full of heart.

The Founders
Empowered Yoga Studio is co-founded by Paul Teodo and Byron De Marse alongside Managing Partner Phil Kowalik who also serve as the lead teachers. They are joined by an incredible staff of instructors, offering a wide variety of class styles.
