Become the teacher who knows how to build strength, release tension, regulate the nervous system, and guide meaningful transformation.

Whether you're an experienced teacher looking to expand your offerings or a dedicated practitioner ready to deepen your understanding, you'll leave with practical tools you can immediately integrate into your teaching and your own life.

More Than Yin Yoga
Every one of us moves between effort and exhaustion, strength and softness, control and surrender.
Yin-Yang Yoga teaches us to work with both.
This training isn't simply about learning postures or memorizing sequences. It's about understanding how to guide people through physical challenge, emotional release, and nervous system regulation in a way that creates lasting transformation.
Fascia: The Missing Link
Fascia is the connective tissue that links every muscle, joint, and organ into one integrated system. By learning to work with this remarkable network, you'll help students move more freely, recover more efficiently, regulate stress, and develop a deeper connection between body and mind.
You'll study the foundational Yin Yoga teachings of Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers alongside the five primary fascial lines introduced by Thomas Myers in Anatomy Trains. Using these frameworks, you'll learn how to create purposeful sequences that support both structural balance and energetic awareness.
Release. Restore. Reconnect.
Through Yin Yoga, guided stillness, and myofascial release techniques, you'll experience profound physical and emotional release while learning how to safely facilitate that same experience for others.
Students consistently leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected. You’ll go beyond just stretching, and learn how to let go of what the body’s been holding onto.
Build Strength Through Elastic Movement
The Yang component of the training introduces myofascial elasticity: a dynamic movement practice using rhythmic pulses to develop strength, mobility, coordination, and youthful resilience.
Think yoga infused with elements of martial arts and barre: simple movements that generate tremendous heat, awaken the body's natural elasticity, and create strength without unnecessary force.
This innovative approach fills a gap often missing in traditional yoga practices, offering a fresh and highly effective way to move, teach, and train.
Find Your Authentic Voice
Become a teacher that does more than demonstrate postures.
Explore how to communicate with clarity, hold space with confidence, and lead with authenticity.
Throughout the training you'll participate in practices designed to cultivate both the receptive (yin) and expressive (yang) aspects of your leadership. You'll strengthen your ability to speak with vulnerability, teach with authority, and create meaningful connection with your students.
These skills will help you far beyond the yoga room, in creating healthier relationships, stronger leadership, and deeper self-trust.
What You'll Leave With
By the end of this training you'll have:
A complete framework for teaching Yin-Yang Yoga with confidence.
Practical knowledge of fascia, myofascial release, and elastic movement.
Intelligent sequencing skills built around the body's fascial system.
Greater confidence in your teaching and public speaking.
A deeper understanding of the relationship between movement, emotion, and the nervous system.
A personal practice that leaves you feeling stronger, softer, and more resilient.
