An example Daily Schedule -*for the in-person day trainings:

7:30 - 9:30 | Morning practice: yoga flow, pranayama, and meditation
9:30 | 1 hour breakfast break
10:30 - 13:30 | Practicum: Vinyasa yoga sequencing
13:30 | 2.5 hours for lunch, homework, and relaxation
16:00 - 19:00 | Practicum: Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
20:00 - 22:00 | Homework and relaxation
